- For residential customers (single-family homes up to fourplexes).
- Up to three collections per calendar year; extra collections are fee-based by estimated weight.
- Appointment required; items are not picked up without one.
- Out at the curb by 5:30 a.m. on the appointment date.
- Separate piles: metal/rigid plastics, non-metal items, tires (rims removed, max 8).
- Keep items 5 feet from carts, mailbox, fences, meters, hydrants and parked cars; not in alleys; don't bag or box items.
- Accepted: appliances (doors removed), household carpet, doors, furniture, lawn mowers (gas/oil removed), nail-free lumber, pallets, rolled fencing.
Not accepted: boats, trailers, motorcycles, brush, cardboard boxes, mirrors, sheet glass and remodeling debris, tile, hazardous materials, household trash
